Contemporary Painting Techniques Workshop

Wednesday, June 3, 10, 17, 24

10 a.m. - Noon

This class meets Wednesday's from 10 a.m. - Noon for 4 weeks and is perfect for complete beginners, but also for professional working artists. The workshop explores different techniques to engage your creativity. Each session will focus on a different technique.

Week 1: Hand-Painted Collage Techniques

Week 2: "Ink on a Stick" - painting large pieces using a very loose brush method

Week 3: Painting using Recycled Materials

Week 4: Alcohol Ink Painting Techniques

Class participants are welcome to work on their project in the garden studio in between sessions  All materials are provided.
